Accessible Therapy Services
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Therapeutic mental health services can often come with a high price tag. To alleviate this burden, we collaborate with your insurance provider to determine the most suitable and cost-effective treatment options. If your therapist is not within your insurance network, we will assist you in filing claims as an Out of Network Provider (OON).
Our current accepted insurance plans are listed on our insurance page. Acceptance of insurance does not guarantee payment, as benefits and rates can vary widely across different plans. All plans are billed at our Usual and Customary Rate (UCR). For those with high deductible plans, we accept all HRA and HSA programs. We are unable to waive copays, as our contract with insurance company's requires that we collect them. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you and your insurance plan to provide the most reliable and affordable therapy services possible. Please be aware that we are not accepting EAP's, Medicare, or Medicaid at this time.
Kinder Care Plan
The Kinder Care Plan offers flexible, private-pay therapy at significantly reduced rates. This plan is ideal for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance does not cover services. Sessions are billed monthly based on the duration you select.
Cost Breakdown:
30-Minute Sessions: $40 per session (billed monthly)
45-Minute Sessions: $60 per session (billed monthly)
60-Minute Sessions: $80 per session (billed monthly)
You choose the session length that fits your needs. There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments—just accessible, consistent care on your terms. Unused sessions do not roll over. Additional sessions can be added at the same discounted rate.
Affordable Therapy Plan
Our Affordable Therapy Plan is designed to provide dependable weekly support at the lowest possible cost. This plan includes one therapy session each week, billed monthly, and is perfect for clients seeking structured, ongoing care.
Cost Breakdown (Per Weekly Session):
30-Minute Sessions: $20 per week (billed monthly)
45-Minute Sessions: $30 per week (billed monthly)
60-Minute Sessions: $40 per week (billed monthly)
Unused sessions do not roll over. Additional sessions can be added at the same discounted rate.
