Hi, I’m Michelle.

I believe therapy works best when it feels real—where you can show up exactly as you are and be met with compassion, curiosity, and care. I work with teens (15+) and adults of all genders and identities, who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, low self-worth, trauma, identity questions, grief in all it’s forms, and everyday stress.

Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, genuine, and laid back—but also deeply committed to their healing. I take time to reflect on your story and what you truly need, not just what fits in a textbook. In our sessions, laughter, tears, frustration, silence, and insight all have a place. I show up as a human first, not just a therapist and I believe that matters.

My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you connect with your values, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to heal from past experiences, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore and support your inner parts, and somatic practices to reconnect mind and body. I also pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and research from the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) study, always tailoring therapy to your unique needs.

Outside of therapy, I love reading, cooking, a good Netflix series, and starting or ending my day soaking in a sunrise or sunset. Those simple moments of peace remind me how powerful it is to reconnect with ourselves—and I love helping others find that space, too.

If you’re seeking a therapist who will meet you with warmth, honesty, and a personalized approach, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
