Hi, my name is Sarah, and I am a Mental Health Specialist with Kinder Mind in Mississippi. I graduated from Troy University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and college students in both educational and supportive settings.

Much of my work has focused on helping girls ages 12-18 who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, body image concerns, addiction, and self-harm. This work has only strengthened my commitment to supporting the wellbeing of children and families across Mississippi.

Through my time working with youth and young adults from diverse backgrounds, I’ve come to believe deeply in the power of a client-centered approach that builds confidence, emotional resilience, and self-worth. I use a variety of supportive techniques to help young people better understand and manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a way that works for them.

I'm passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for young people to be heard and supported. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
