Hello! My name is Christina Perez. My passion has always been to help improve the lives of others. After completing my undergraduate in Psychology, I decided to pursue my Masters in Social Work. I have experience with PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma. I have worked with all age groups and several populations providing individual, family, and group therapy. Therapeutic interventions that I provide, and strongly believe in are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Strength-based therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. As your therapist, my goal is to provide care and support to help resolve and manage issues. I will provide a safe and trusting environment where we can work together.
