My name is Amanda, I am a Masters level therapist that has been in the field for 5 years. I have experience in addictions counseling, worked as a domestic violence advocate, and now as a therapist.

I have a background working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. The approach I use is client-centered to ensure your needs are heard, as well as strengths-based to high light and enhance the skills and abilities you already possess. The modalities I have experience with consist of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, as well emotions focused therapy.
