Hi! My name is Nicole, and I’ve been a licensed master’s-level social worker and counselor for many years. I genuinely enjoy assisting individuals in achieving their goals or providing support during challenging times when they need guidance to find answers and solutions.

I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including individuals struggling with alcohol and drug addiction, mental health issues, families, children, couples, and individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, intellectual disability, ADHD, and various other concerns.

To cater to the unique needs of each client, I employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including person-centered approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and humanistic therapy, among others.

When not dedicated to my work, I relish spending time outdoors, particularly engaging in activities like kayaking and exploring nature.
