Mary H. Walker is a Mental Health Specialist with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Mary believes that healing begins with connection—and that each person already has strengths within them that can be nurtured, developed, and reclaimed.
Mary works with teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and peer or family dynamics. She enjoys helping clients strengthen coping skills, build emotional resilience, and develop confidence in their daily lives. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in Motivational Interviewing, meeting clients exactly where they are and helping them move toward where they want to be.
Mary also has experience working with single mothers, veterans, and individuals who are Deaf or part of the Deaf-Allied community. When requested, she can integrate Christian-based support for clients who wish to include faith as part of their healing process.
Outside of her work, Mary enjoys reading, meaningful conversations, and fully embraces the restorative power of a good nap.

I’m a clinical social work intern with a strong foundation in human development, strategic planning, and social dynamics. I'm Katie and I am a board-certified LMSW in the state of Pennsylvania. My approach to therapy is trauma informed and client-centered. I draw from many therapeutic frameworks including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic therapy. I have experience supporting individuals through a wide variety of issues from infidelity and other relationship issues, substance use concerns, sexual trauma, LGBTQ+ identity, and more. I come to clinical social work with a focus on humanistic care, in which we honor the inner experience of each person. I bring the compassion and skills that I’ve developed in fourteen years of helping clients understand and navigate life transitions.
I enjoy providing support for teens and adults who are learning new ways of being, including living through family additions and losses. My goal is to help people share their stories so they can better understand themselves and their attachment patterns. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and pets, exploring nature, and sitting down with a mug of hot coffee.
