Hi, my name is Elizabeth! I have the privilege working with Kinder Mind while pursuing my degree in Social Work.

I have over 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents. While working with these age groups, I have experience with those who are diagnosed with autism and ADHD as well as those who have dealt with anxiety and depression. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based techniques and I am committed to creating a supportive environment for each client.
