Greetings, my name is Shanai and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to providing compassionate and empowering support. I have unique experience working in multi-demographic backgrounds that drives my therapeutic approach in counseling with a person-centered and solution-focused perspective, prioritizing the individual's unique experiences and feelings while actively collaborating with them to identify and implement practical solutions for positive change.

I have experience working with severe trauma and mental illness, domestic violence survivors, children and families, adolescents, at risk youth, LGBTQIA+, homelessness and substance use.

My passions include working with my clients to heal through their intergenerational traumas, adverse childhood experiences, and inner child work. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exploring new activities in different countries that increase my understanding of myself and the world.
