Chelsea Klein, Mental Health Specialist
Hello, my name is Chelsea, and I am a Mental Health Specialist committed to supporting adults, children, and families as they navigate their unique paths toward emotional well-being. My approach is deeply client-centered, grounded in respect for each person’s lived experiences, inherent strengths, and personal goals.
In my role, I draw on a variety of evidence-informed wellness and skill-building strategies, including mindfulness practices, emotional regulation tools, resilience-building exercises, and supportive guidance tailored to each individual’s needs. I am particularly passionate about assisting individuals experiencing pregnancy and postpartum challenges, parenting-related stress, substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, and the effects of intergenerational patterns. I find great meaning in helping people explore practical coping skills, strengthen confidence, and build a greater sense of stability in their daily lives.
My work is guided by compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to meeting people exactly where they are—providing support as they move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for them.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish the time I spend with my children and family, who continually reinforce my belief in the power of connection, resilience, and personal growth.
