Ashley Alkema, Practicum
Ashley Alkema is a Master of Social Work practicum student at Kinder Mind, where she supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She brings a strong background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience collaborating with children, families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to foster growth and resilience. Currently completing her MSW at the University of Kentucky, Ashley integrates psychodynamic, humanistic, pragmatic, and ecosystems perspectives into her practice.
