Hi, my name is Emily! I am currently pursuing my MSW and doing my practicum here at Kinder Mind. I am very passionate about mental and physical health.

I  am excited about supporting teenagers through the unique challenges of teenage years. With a background working in the criminal justice system, a foundation in clinical practice and youth development, I work with teens to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-love, peer and family conflict, and academic pressures. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

I help young people build resilience, set meaningful goals, and develop the emotional and social skills they need to thrive. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where teens feel heard, and supported in becoming their best selves.  I am passionate about helping teens navigate life transitions and build the confidence to face challenges with courage.
