Hello! I’m Tinia Menacher, a licensed, certified social worker (LCSW) passionate about helping individuals harness their inner strengths to overcome life’s challenges. Originally from California, I bring a warm, empathetic approach to therapy.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. I particularly align with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths-Based Therapy. I believe in empowering clients to identify and build upon their strengths, fostering resilience, and promoting sustainable change.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. We work together as a team to address the issues you're facing, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. By integrating CBT techniques, we challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier, more productive behaviors. Meanwhile, the strengths-based approach ensures that our focus remains on your inherent abilities and resources, encouraging a positive and proactive path to well-being.

Whether you're navigating a difficult period or seeking to enhance your personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey. I am committed to helping you unlock your potential and achieve your goals. Let's work together to make a positive change in your life.
