Nicole Sichenze, Practicum
Hello, my name is Nicole Sichenze!
I am a Master of Social Work student at Rutgers University. My own life experiences and mental health journey has made me extremely passionate about helping others. I lead with empathy and meet my clients where they are at in their own journeys. Utilizing a client centered therapeutic approach, I encourage my clients to take control of the conversation in sessions.
I am here to listen and learn from you about your life as you are the one true expert of your own experiences. Together we can work to process your thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences in a safe space and on your own timeline. It is my hope that through our work together your confidence in your ability to handle challenging situations grows.
I am looking forward to being a part of your journey and seeing you overcome obstacles. In my free time I enjoy cooking and baking, being active, reading a new book and spending time with loved ones.
