Colleen Goodreau, LCSW

Hi, I'm Colleen! I have been a Social Worker for the last 17 years working with adults, adolescents, children and families. I will bring compassion, reflection and a little humor during our time together. In sessions, I utilize several integrated modalities to really adjust to what the individual needs are. I like to use a Person-Centered Approach, meeting the individual where they are in order to collaboratively develop obtainable goals and explore healthy coping strategies. We will use Psychodynamic Therapy to explore the individuals thoughts and feelings, and how the past may be impacting their present or future.
