Taylor Goyette-Frechette, LCSW
Hi there! My name is Taylor, and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) based in Massachusetts. As a Black, queer therapist, I bring a rich, lived understanding to my practice, meeting you at the intersection of your unique identities and life experiences.
Joy is a transformative tool, and I intentionally weave it into our therapeutic relationship. My hope is to create a space where you feel truly seen, safe, and supported, and empowered to explore and reclaim all parts of yourself.
I utilize a variety of approaches, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and an empowerment, strength-based model to support your healing journey. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should center liberation—not just for the individual, but within our communities and systems. I am committed to holding space for both the personal and the political, recognizing that systemic oppression and social determinants of health profoundly shape our mental wellbeing.
Whether you’re navigating identity, trauma, transitions, or everyday stress, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can build resilience, foster healing, and nurture joy in your life.
