LCSW Supervisor Position

We believe that we as social workers have a responsibility to help shape the future generations of mental health providers by providing mentorship, support, and education to help reduce the negative consequences (like burnout and lack of experience) from being in a helping profession.

We are searching for a licensed independent social work clinician who is a qualified supervisor in one of the states listed above or eligible to become a qualified social worker in one of the states listed above who is passionate about providing mentorship, support, education and supervision to our social work interns and provisionally licensed providers.

Low caseload requirement (10 hours per week minimum)
65/35 split (averages out to about $90 per hour
The average hourly rate for LCSW’s in a 100% remote position at one of the “big” telehealth companies is about $65 per hour, but these companies do not ask LCSW’s to provide supervision. We understand that supervision is time consuming and we value your time. On average, our 65/35 split is $90 per hour. This means that you will earn $25 more per hour from seeing clients. Seeing just 10 clients per week, will net an average of $250 more than an LCSW would make seeing clients for that same amount of time at one of the big companies.
