Julia Meyer, Supervisee in Social Work
Hello, I’m Julia Anderson! I hold a Master of Social Work from Ohio State University. I started working in the mental health field back in 2017, and since then, have worked with children, teens, and adolescents in schools, centers, and wilderness settings. I have worked with anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, physical and sexual abuse, relationship issues, life changes, anger management, behavioral challenges, and most recently, developmental disorders such as autism.
Using a strength-based approach, solution focused therapy, trauma focused therapy, and applied behavior analysis, I strive to make my clients feel heard, seen, and empowered! Whether you are seeking to make change in your life, adjust to a change that life has handed you, or heal old wounds, it would be my privilege to help you. Coming to therapy takes courage, and you will always be in the driver’s seat when it comes to what, how, and how quickly
